•	Access Control Request Form To be completed by departments requesting Bear Card access within the University.

•	Modify Door Access Request Complete to change door reader open and close times.

•	Gate Request Form Must be completed and signed for access to gates outside of normal hours of operations.

•	Preceptor / Contractor / Non-Credit Programs Preceptors for Mercer University are granted access to select databases subscribed to by the University Libraries.
